Our growing credit union is looking for full-time Member Experience Representatives at our Ambridge and Center Township branches. Candidates may be scheduled at either location. We are also looking for a Member Experience Representative at our brand-new Lawrenceville location.

Member Experience Representatives will provide consistent exceptional service for our members. Responsible for assisting members with their financial needs; including routine banking transactions and generating referrals for additional services through the use of defined relationship sales behaviors. The Member Experience Representatives are responsible for generating and increasing loan production by developing business/consumer contacts within the community and servicing existing members’ loan requests. This individual must be detail-oriented, work well in a team environment and be able to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• • High School diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years retail banking or lending experience required
  • NMLS registration required within 3 months of hire
  • Friendly personality
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check

Hours:

40 hours per week
Standard hours are 8:45 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Thursday 10-6 p.m. and Saturday 9-1 p.m. on a rotating basis.

Salary: $31,200.00 – $37,440.00 per year

Salary: $33,800.00 – $42,000.00 per year (Lawrenceville)
